Improv Classes: Learn to find your authentic voice and shape your story by waking up and connecting to your emotional instrument. Our focus is to EMBRACE “play”, and ignite ones intuitive nature to discover their material. DEVELOP as storytellers, public speakers, and leaders, and CONNECT to the community through the power of the arts. In an IMPROV TO THE RESCUE class you will discover how to get out of your head, tap into your intuitive nature and learn to trust your impulses. Babs will guide you from How to Pause to How to Play freeing you to collaborate, and communicate with confidence, skill, and passion. The program trains participants as empowered individuals in their own lives.

Students, artists, business leaders come together to learn the art of improvisation. These workshops are great for teams looking to improve their communication skills. Workshops focus on…

• self-awareness, and emotional intelligence

• flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to accept and manage change

• tapping into intuitive responses leading to creative planning

• team building and collaboration

Transformational leaders are able to articulate their vision and motivate their team through the power of storytelling. They provide a tool that helps individuals and organizations make sense of their daily routines and accomplish goals.

Coaching:

Book a one one in-person or ZOOM COACHING session with Barbara Colaciello, “Babs”. As a creative strategist Babs works with individuals from a wide range of professions, from writers to lawyers, from artists and educators to business leaders to hone their message, enhance their strengths motivating clients to develop their decision-making communication, and presentation skills.

“The workshop had the effect of stripping away the rhetorical window dressing for several speakers, and so led them to be more honest about what it really was, deep down, that they wanted to say.  Thank you for helping our speakers reach this place of candor and insight.”
— Dr. Paul Hendrickson Professor of Speech Communication and Philosophy FSCJ
