Join us for an exciting evening of stories with your host Babs Colaciello. Get ready to indulge in a magical blend of TALES + TREATS + LIBATIONS. An evening where truth takes the stage and the unexpected steals the show. Real people. Real stories. Five minutes. No notes. We laugh, we cry, we cheer—and every voice matters.

WHAT’S NEW THIS STORY CYCLE
Second Place Winners Get Love! Each second-place storyteller will receive a $15 gift certificate to a local Jacksonville spot. Plus, they’ll be invited to a pre-Grand Slam “run-off story marathon” to earn a spot in the Grand Slam.
Perfect Attendance = Prizes! Audience members who attend all eight slams this season will receive a special prize at the Grand Slam.

HOW A STORY SLAM WORKS
• Storytellers have 5 minutes each to tell a TRUE personal story based on a THEME.
• 10 people's names are picked from the hat.
• At the end of the evening the audience votes for their favorite storyteller.
• The winner receives a $50.00 gift certificate!
STORY SLAM RULES
•Story must connect to the Theme.
•No notes.
•No props.
•Please no ranting,no preaching, no politicizing.
