IMPROV TO THE RESCUE FALL SESSION

LEVEL II / Story Shaping + Improv Training continues to build self-confidence through direct experience.

● hone your focusing and listening skills
● stimulate action, spontaneity and creativity.

The Fall 6 week session focuses on ensemble sound and movement exercises, building scenes, playing an action, and solo embodied story shaping. It will prepare Improv the the Rescue troupe for a production in the second half of the fall.

This kind of work creates sacred space — a space to pause, listen to your heart, trust, play and share. 

WHEN: Tuesdays, Sept  12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17 

TIME: 7:00 PM - 9 PM

WHERE: BABS’LAB, 603 King St. (Enter at the back of building on Phyllis St on path between Palm tree and fence

TUITION: $150.00 for 6 classes.
